I Designed /Built this as a Spec Home.

We always called it ‘ 57 ‘ – That was its lot number. 

Architectural Review in Rancho Grande when I would meet with them, would say, 

You may call it 57, we refer to the projects you have here as Ackerman Lane. 

The pictures I took building this home, like so many others, were lost as I traversed my way onward.
